 Why shopping with VervePC is secure
  1. Customer Service
    1. Verve PC is committed to customer satisfaction in everything we do. We aim to provide a fast, efficient and quality service giving you the option to shop online or over the telephone.
    2. Whether you have feedback or comments for us, we want to hear from you. Should you need any assistance please telephone or email our customer service team who are available from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

  2. Delivery
    1. Verve PC aims to despatch all systems within 7-10 days of payment being received. Delivery will be by our nominated courier company and can be tracked at all stages via the “Customer Account Control Panel”.
    2. Note that the following post codes may experience an additional 24 hour delay in turn around between payment and delivery:
      KW1-3, KW5-14, IV3, IV21-28, HS1-8, PH31-44.
    3. Delivery charges are based on the approximate total weight rather than number of items and are applicable to delivery within the UK mainland only. Please call or email for details on UK offshore and international delivery charges.

  3. Cancellation
    1. Should you not be completely satisfied with your Verve PC system and you are within 14 days of delivery you may return your Verve PC system for a full refund.
    2. In order to exercise your right to a cancellation you must contact us by email (sales@vervepc.com) within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
    3. Upon notification of your intent to cancel your order we will endeavour to refund you the full amount as soon as possible, up to a maximum of 30 days as allowed by law.
    4. If you have already received collection of the goods in question, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods to us at their own cost.
    5. Exceptions:
      1. Refunds cannot be given for any software purchased that has been opened (i.e seal or outer packaging removed) or activated.
      2. It is the statutory duty of the customer to take reasonable care of the goods until a collection can be arranged.

  4. Warranty
    1. All goods supplied by Verve PC are warranted defect free for a 12 month period from the date of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    2. Should your product develop a defect you must inform us in writing by post or email as soon as possible, it is then the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the system to be delivered to our premises.
    3. If your good(s) are determined to be faulty they will be repaired or replaced, if not then we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of £30 (plus VAT) to cover our time and labour costs and you will also be charged for the re-delivery.
    4. If a repair is not possible or economically viable the part in question will be replaced with one of equal performance and value at the time of notification.

  5. Payment
    1. Payment may be made by the methods shown at the “Payment” section when finalising your order.
    2. Delivery will not be made until your payment has been received and cleared, please allow three working days for a bank transfer or five to seven for a personal cheque. Business accounts with a prior credit facility will be exempt from this exclusion.
